We have several different shipping formats and you can choose the best one for you!

To get your Mono delivered to you, we have several different shipping options. At the time of your purchase, you can choose how your card will be sent.

We offer shipping via PAC/Sedex by Correios and Express by Flash Courier. In these formats, the shipping time follows the deadline proposed on the purchase page.

You can also choose the free delivery option. In this model, the delivery time may vary from 10 to 12 business days, and the order status is updated on the Correios website at the time of posting and when the order is out for delivery.

What is the delivery time for my monocard?

After payment confirmation, we send your order to our factory, which produces your monocard or monodot within 2 business days.

Once it is ready, we deliver it to Correios and carriers, who deliver the order within 10 business days. The shipping time varies according to the location of each customer and follows the module chosen at the time of purchase.

This time is necessary due to the high customization of the card, as it is entirely handcrafted!

We handle everything from manufacturing to programming and activating the product - we strive for excellent service!

As soon as we deliver the order to the carrier or Correios, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow the shipment. Any delivery delays are not the responsibility of Monocard, but our support team is available to help you resolve any issues!

Where can I find my tracking code?

As soon as the order is sent to the carrier, you receive a tracking code in the email registered at the time of purchase. Don't forget to check the spam box!
