After payment confirmation, we send your order to our factory, which produces your monocard or monodot within 2 business days.
Once it is ready, we deliver it to the postal service and carriers, who deliver the order within 10 business days. The shipping time varies according to each customer's location and follows the module chosen at the time of purchase.
As soon as we deliver the order to the carrier or postal service, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow the shipment. Any delivery delays are not the responsibility of Monocard, but our support team is available to help you resolve any issues!
